  • National insurance number

You must pay your rent by standing order or automated payment.

Administration Fees

  • Single application: £195.00
  • Joint application: £250.00 

Pets are at landlords descretion. Some properties will allow one pet at a cost of £200.00

We keep it simple you pay one fee which covers the reference fees and administration of drawing up a contract and inventory.
